Tianjin Tiancheng Drug Assessment Research Co., Ltd. (formerly Tianjin Institute of Pharmaceutical Research Drug Assessment Research Co., Ltd.) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Tianjin Institute of Pharmaceutical Research of China Merchants Group, focusing on preclinical drug research services, inherited from the pharmacology and toxicology research teams of the three research institutions, that is, Beijing Medical Industry Research Institute, Tianjin Pharmaceutical Industry Research Institute and Tianjin Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine of the former State Pharmaceutical Administration, bringing together three national technical platforms of pharmacodynamics, pharmacokinetics and toxicology. It has passed the GLP certification of NMPA and the international AAALAC accreditation, and completed many platform construction projects and new drug projects, such as the projects for National 863 Program, 973 Program and 1035 Program, and the national science and technology major projects from the Ninth Five-Year Plan to the Thirteenth Five-Year Plan. It has served 400+ clients, completed 1400+ projects, and received 100+ clinical approvals (including those applied for in both NMPA and FDA). Its technology and service capability have been widely recognized in the industry.
